How do you tailor to our employees?

Our content is personalised according to each employee’s personal preference. We offer four development categories which they can individually choose from including Wellbeing, Productivity, Motivation and Leadership. These categories can also be interchanged once every month by each employee, should they wish to engage in a different area of development.

In addition, our team will also work closely with you to tailor the service to your specific requirements, providing guidance, advice, and ongoing assistance!

How many insights are my staff going to receive per week?

We understand that every employee has different needs, therefore we give them the option to choose their preferred times of delivery and frequency, to suit their own schedules and workload. We can deliver insights daily, twice, or three times per week, at any time of their own choosing.

However, 90 days is our estimate of how long it takes to re-educate the mind and optimise employee behaviour using our continuous learning method. If you want your employees to reap the full benefits of long-term and ongoing development, then we suggest staying with us for 12 months or longer.
